●Then "Document Protection" or "Book Protection"
●Click "Add a digital signature"
●Click "Ok."
The program will require you to have a certificate or offer to get it from Microsoft Office partners. To install a visible signature, you need to create a string - such opportunities are available in an open document on the Insert tab - Signature. You need to fill in all the fields in the window that appears and then click "OK."
Right-click on the line that appears in the document, select "Sign," then select text or image. At the end of the procedure, a note appears in the status bar of the document next to the statistics that it is signed and any changes will cause the document version to change and cannot be authenticated.
